When you buy Bad Goat you can be confident that the wood comes from local forests, and is manufactured and transported by local industry. To assure sustainability, the haul distance between the forest and your project is no more than 250 miles, and typically much less.
Chain of Custody
Our products originate from carefully selected forest projects and are tracked using a chain of custody approach. Mark Vander Meer reviews forest plans and project sites to ensure that excellent forestry practices are conducted. The logs are tracked to the mill and then to our retail outlets or your job sites.
